As long as they’re spaced out by a few hours or so, this is fine. Muscle Mousse contains casein, which is a type of protein that is digested very slowly, and thus, serves to provide nourishment for muscles during sleep (or over extended periods of time) whereby the body would normally undergo a “fasting” period. This helps to maintain an anabolic state, and retain existing muscle mass.
