You are planning on dropping 2-3% BF and getting down to 5% BF in two weeks, and with those macros! Seriously?! It takes me 2 months to drop from 8% to 5%. Your body will fight you tooth and nail to keep that body fat when you start getting that low. Have you ever been that low of bodyfat? If so you might as well be stepping on stage cause that is about where many competitors come in at. You are kind of in la-la land here. The type of recomp you are trying to do isn't going to happen. It's like chasing after 2 bunny rabbits and the same time and trying to catch them. It is an effort in futility. Try to set some more realistic goals so you aren't dissapointed in the the outcome.
