As with all supplementation, consult your physician first (especially if you have a medical condition). Do not use if you are pregnant/lactating or under the age of 18. Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8-12 large glasses of water per day. Taking more than the recommended dose will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions. For best results an appropriate muscle gain eating plan and training programme should be followed. High intakes of free-form amino acids may cause gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals - if this prolongs, reduce dosage or discontinue. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Nutritional supplements should not replace a varied diet. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
Nutritionists commonly refer to eggs as the "golden standard" for protein quality. Eggs contain all eight essential amino acids (the type that your body cannot make from other substances) and very high levels of total amino acids - especially important sulfur-containing aminos. Eggs are also readily digested and absorbed. As a lactose-free protein source, eggs are often more tolerable to people who have trouble with dairy foods. For these and other reasons, eggs have been a staple of bodybuilder's diets since the beginning of the sport.
Congratulations on your choice to transform your body.
Yes, I think dual workouts would do more harm than good. The only people getting away with this are steroid-users because steroids speed-up the recovery process. As a natural, your body needs more rest time.
I would leave the cardio if your goal right now is to put on some muscle. Pick one goal and go for it. If you want to gain muscle, you don’t need to be doing cardio.
If you’re trying to accomplish both goals (building muscle and losing fat) at the same time, you’ll either accomplish neither or (if you’ve great genetics) get there very slowly.
While it is possible for some people to build muscle and lose fat simultaneously with the diet I recommend; it’s preferable to pick goal and focus solely on that.
Hope that helps,
